Pricing

Two numbers, both of which mean something: how many searches you can run, and how many audits you can produce. Every plan includes the whole audit engine, the report generator and the outreach workflow.

A lead estimate, not a promise: 25 businesses per search is what a typical city keyword returns once closed and duplicate listings are dropped. One audit is one full report you can send.

Free is free forever, with no card. Paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee, cancel anytime in 1 click, and are billed through Paddle (Merchant of Record for global VAT/tax compliance).

500 audits

2,000 audits

250 searches

$39 one-off, and it never expires

Top-ups sit in a separate bucket from your monthly allowance, and a renewal never clears them. Runs spend the monthly allowance first.

How the two meters work

Everything else the product does, from contact discovery, review scraping, opportunity scoring, white-label report rendering, to outreach drafting, is included and metered at nothing.

One search (≈ 25 prospects discovered)

One keyword and one location, returning up to 25 local businesses. 50 monthly searches yields around 1,250 discovered local prospects. A search that fails is never charged.

One audit: every signal, the report and the outreach draft

One full pass of the audit engine over one website, plus the composite score, the full report, and the human-in-the-loop outreach draft. Audits only run when you choose, so a search never spends them.

What these pieces cost separately

Read from each vendor's own public pricing page between 20 and 22 August 2026. They are here because the comparison is the argument: every one of them is a single component of what an audit already includes.

$99 per month, per domain

What Semrush charges for its AI Visibility Toolkit, which tracks whether a brand gets cited across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI. Billed annually, one domain, 25 tracked prompts. Our answer-engine and generative-engine checks run on every audit.

$295 per month

BuiltWith's entry tier, for lists of sites by technology. We fingerprint the stack on every site we audit and say which parts are outdated, which is the half that turns a list into a conversation.

$25 per client, per month

AgencyAnalytics, to render data other tools collected into a client report. We hold the data the report is about, so producing one costs an audit and nothing further.

What the free plan is, exactly

It is not a trial and it does not expire. It is sized to answer one question: are the reports good enough to put your name on. Ten audits is enough to judge that on real clients rather than on a demo.

5 searches and 10 audits a month

A search returns up to 25 businesses, so five of them is around 125 prospects to look through. Ten audits is a shortlist you would actually call. Both reset monthly and neither needs a card.

The full report, not a preview

Every section, every check, the score and the outreach draft. Nothing is blurred or held back. The share link stays live for 30 days rather than forever, which is the one thing a paid plan changes about the document itself.

Where it stops

One seat, 100 stored prospects, and reports carry our name. No white-label, no API, no scheduled re-audits, no embeddable widget. Google Maps is the only discovery source. Nothing here degrades: it is either available or it is not.

Who it is for

A consultant testing whether evidence-led outreach works on their own patch, before committing a monthly fee to it. Most people know inside two weeks.

How it compares

Most audit tools in this category offer a time-limited trial rather than a free tier, and the ones with a free tier cap it at a single report. Ten full audits a month, indefinitely, is the deliberate difference.

When to move

When you run out of audits before you run out of prospects worth auditing. That is the only signal worth acting on, and it is the point Solo pays for itself against one retainer.

Just want one site audited properly?

You do not need a plan. Buy the report on its own, keep it, and the free account comes with it.

One full report, $15

The complete audit of one website: every check, the score, the fixes and the PDF. Yours to keep and to send on. No subscription and no card kept on file.

Three reports, $29

This one now and two whenever you want them. They do not expire. This is what most people buy who are pitching two or three prospects rather than working a list.

Questions

How does the pricing work?

Two meters. A lead search costs one search, whether it returns forty businesses or four. A website audit costs one audit, flat, and includes the score, the report and the outreach draft that follow from it. Enrichment, reviews and rank checks are free. Audits only run when you ask for one, so a search never spends them.

Does SiteAssay send email on its own?

No. Every message is drafted, then held for a human to read and approve. Nothing leaves your account until someone clicks send. That approval gate is deliberate: deliverability and sender reputation matter more than volume.

Where does the audit data come from?

From the prospect's own public website and its DNS, TLS and WHOIS records, measured live against published standards: Core Web Vitals, WCAG 2.1 AA, CVE/OSV and full TLS analysis. Nothing is bought from a data broker and no login-walled source is scraped.

Is scraped prospect data GDPR-compliant?

SiteAssay collects business contact details from public listings, which most jurisdictions treat as legitimate-interest B2B processing. Every outreach message carries a one-click unsubscribe, unsubscribes and complaints are suppressed permanently, and you can delete a prospect and everything derived from it at any time.

Can I put my own brand on the reports?

On the Agency plan and above. Your name, logo colour and footer replace ours on both the shared web report and the PDF. Downgrading restores the default branding and clears any cached PDFs.

What happens when I reach my monthly limit?

On Free, work is refused before it starts with an upgrade link rather than billing you past the limit. On a paid plan it continues at your plan's overage rate and appears on the next invoice, and you are emailed at 80% and 100% of each allowance so it is never a surprise.

Try it on one city first

Start on the free plan, with enough searches to cover a city and enough audits to judge a shortlist.
